About Jessie
Jessie’s career in SaaS sales began in 2013 at AppFolio. She grew alongside the company through its successful IPO process. Over the years, she held various positions in sales and leadership as the company evolved into a multi-million-dollar organization. Jessie assisted in AppFolio’s expansion of its product offerings into multiple verticals, contributing to the organizational and strategic shifts required to support their growth.
As AppFolio scaled, Jessie’s expertise in navigating change, building high-performing teams, and aligning sales efforts with company goals played a key role in driving business success. Her ability to adapt to evolving market needs and support the development of new products helped position AppFolio as an industry leader.
Jessie is a relationship-builder at heart with over a decade of experience in direct sales and managing sales teams from the start up phase through IPO and beyond. She’s passionate about helping others find fulfillment and purpose in their work through meaningful connections and leveraging the strengths of a broader group.
In 2022, Jessie was recruited by Zoom as part of their post-COVID organizational shift. There she focused on large-scale phone and contact center evaluations and implementations, helping to streamline communications and enhance customer experience across diverse industries. Her work played a crucial role in supporting Zoom’s growth and strategic initiatives in a rapidly changing business landscape.
Throughout her career, Jessie has also remained deeply committed to giving back to her community. She has volunteered in several capacities, from organizing events for low-income children to counseling at pregnancy support centers. Additionally, she serves as president of the Parents Club at The Highlands School, where she leads initiatives to strengthen the school community and engage families in meaningful ways.
Jessie has built a strong reputation for her ability to connect people, align teams around shared missions, and provide the support necessary for success. Her exceptional communication skills and her talent for bridging gaps between individuals has enabled her to lead effectively in both professional and volunteer settings.
