1. Leadership Investment
On the heels of a successful first-year launch for Undivided Life, our growing team took inventory of what services were most needed with the clients we served and the inbound requests we received. It became clear in the review that executives and rising leaders are thirsting for continuous leadership development opportunities, but many lack access to high-quality resources or the financial backing to afford individual coaching.
Our team set out to fix that by creating a leadership development series of online courses called Culture Foundations. This six-course bundle includes individual classes on
- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Creating a Culture of Coaching
- Having Difficult Conversations
- Mission, Vision, and Values (Bonus Course)
- Creating Shared Experiences (Bonus Course)
- Personal Development (Bonus Course)
Renowned culture expert, Jeff Schiefelbein, serves as your instructor throughout each of these self-paced courses. The first three are $500 each, or you can select the Best Value option by purchasing the entire bundle that includes the three bundle courses for only $1,250, a $3,000 value available at a 58% discount.
Get started on your 2024 leadership development journey by purchasing Culture Foundations for you or your team and start experiencing the Undivided Life infusion of culture and strategy in every aspect of your business.
2. Cody Slape - Reflects on First 90 Days
Blessed are they who live an Undivided Life! It has been such a gift to be part of the Undivided Life team these past 90+ days. What a breath of fresh air to be in an environment that is truly authentic and generous!
Coming from a corporate background (although an entrepreneur at heart), I am used to seeing the posters on the walls like ‘Humility’ and ‘Teamwork’, but I was often disappointed by the self-interest and lack of family values displayed at some of these institutions. I knew that I needed to be somewhere where I could prosper as a professional without sacrificing my commitment to my faith and my family.
Undivided Life is a beacon of hope for the entire business community because it proves that it is possible for people to thrive professionally while putting God and family first. Jeff and Nick have created an organization that embodies the Undivided Life mission and grounds every work day in prayer and selflessness. We have a blast while opening ourselves to the Holy Spirit’s promptings and serving our clients with joy and love. Our goal is to champion the dignity of work, and we empower our clients to to unlock true success, workplace excellence and profitable growth.
I want to give my all to this growing initiative that has already shown such kindness to me. With the birth of my 3rd son just weeks after starting (and a generous paternity leave), I have seen how trust given leads to trust gained. I am so excited about all the ways that Undivided Life will serve individuals and companies in 2024!
Cheers and best wishes for a very blessed and undivided New Year!
Your Chief Optimizer,
Cody Slape
